Current Yoga Classes Available

All yoga classes are open to beginners! Some classes may be more challenging than others or certain postures may not be in a student’s practice but we encourage students to enroll based on their needs and modifications will be provided as needed. We encourage all students to ask for help if something doesn’t feel “right”

Currently, all yoga classes require students to be able to comfortably and safely get up and down off the floor. If you are interested in chair yoga, where students can practice with the support of the chair and not move to the floor, please join our chair yoga interest list.
