This yoga series focuses on stress reduction for both the mind and body. From a physical perspective, this class targets the stress on the body from a modern lifestyle behind technology and focuses on stretching the hips, lower back, hamstring, shoulders, and neck. It also incorporates stress reduction techniques that will vary from class to class but will include breathing and mindfulness techniques. The format of the class will vary a bit from class to class but students should expect intense stretching sometimes holding stretching postures for minutes at a time. Participants will need to be able to place pressure on their hands and knees as well as getting up and down off the floor comfortably.

There is no class October 28. Price is for the entire series.
