Yoga for Stress Reduction Tuesday Evening Series (September 10 – December 3)

This yoga series focuses on stress reduction for both the mind and body. From a physical perspective, this class targets the stress on the body from a modern lifestyle behind technology and focuses on stretching the hips, lower back, hamstring, shoulders, and neck. It also incorporates stress reduction techniques that will vary from class to class but will include breathing and mindfulness techniques.
